Join ibsettle’s Compliance team as a Compliance Quality Assurance Specialist. You’ll review AML/KYC processes, improve internal controls, identify process weaknesses, and help build a company-wide Quality Assurance framework while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities * Perform Quality Assurance reviews of AML/KYC processes. * Evaluate compliance with internal procedures and regulations. * Document findings and provide recommendations. * Perform root cause analysis. * Monitor corrective actions. * Prepare QA reports and quality metrics. * Improve QA methodologies and review standards. * Support continuous process improvement across the organization. Requirements * 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, AML/CFT or Compliance. * Good understanding of AML/KYC and Customer Due Diligence. * Strong analytical thinking. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to identify process improvements. * Independent working style. * Strong communication skills. Nice to have * Experience developing internal procedures. * Knowledge of operational risk. * Experience with internal controls.
